Do we need to re define NORMAL human interaction?

Every day i look at the news online or the boob-tube (oh gosh can we say BOOB anymore or will I end up on the news?)…uh TV and someone else has resigned for an inappropriate action. I my self have touched a woman on the back, I have even hugged a woman… I am scared to say something like your hair looks nice today, or you look great today in that dress.

I don’t mean to be making light of many of the very bad allegations that are in the news, I don’t believe you should be messing around with teen girls if you are a senator. Rape is not a thing that should happen. and WTF a Doctor messing around with gymnast for 20 plus years I’m sure that is not how humans should behave. There is a wide range of human interactions, I think it is time to teach classes is school on how to interact with others.

I fear this is only going to get worse in the future, with the next generation growing up with full time internet access, and instant gratification as the norm. it may be time for well understood rules. Granted there may need to be a sliding scale for interactions based on the state of a relationship. If you have never met a person before, Set 1 of acceptable actions, anything more then a handshake is pushing it, Set 2 you work together, is a hug or push on the shoulder after a joke OK? is a joke OK? Set 3 Dating, this would be a long list…. This class would have to be many years during school. starting very young. and Adult mandatory refresher classes through out life.

If we don’t get a handle on how to interact with each other soon, we will end up living in a world that the only human interaction will be at a distance via cell phones…… Oh that’s right we may be there already….
